Event Guidelines
Registration must be done through our official SYGMA website.
The registration fee of Rs 400 per team must be paid on the spot on the day of the fest at college registration desk.
After successful online registration, teams must report to the registration desk for confirmation and verification.
The deadline for registration is 10th March 2026.
Each college is restricted to a maximum of 8 participants.
All participants must carry and present their College ID Card.
Participants are allowed to carry personal internet accessories for backup. Misuse leads to disqualification.
A team must participate in all events to be considered for the Overall Championship.
The decision of the judges shall be final, binding, and absolute.
Any damage caused to college property shall be financially liable.
Organizers reserve the right to disqualify teams for indecency. No refunds issued.
Teams should report at the registration desk before 8:30 AM.
